Father Brown is a TV show based on G. K. Chesterton's eponymous books. Featuring a curious and extremely observant parish catholic priest who can't resist the temptation to investigate killings carried out in the country. And of course, there's a lot happening around him.
This time, I went for a Netflix original j-drama, developed by Fuji Television, called Atelier (a.k.a Underwear). Although I've watched Japanese and Chinese movies when I was younger, this was my first Asian TV show.
After finishing Wynonna Earp's first season, I decided to try Killjoys. I was interested in it before its premiere, but after reading some bad reviews I decided not to watch it. Shame on me, trusting online reviews and not watching even the first episode to have my own opinion. But then I stumbled upon some good reviews on the first season and read a blog post recommending it, so here I am!
Ladies and Gentlemen, we have a winner already. The most beautiful, cute and touching anime of the season is Sweetness and Lightning (Amaama to Inazuma). IT'S SO FLUFFY I'M GONNA DIE!
Yes. This season I'll be watching Love Live Sunshine. I never watched Love Live or any idol anime before, with the exception of a couple episodes of The Idolmaster Cinderella Girls. And when I decided to watch it, they announced this new installment so I changed my plans and opted for this one instead.
This anime didn't caught my attention before the season started. I didn't even add it as plan-to-watch to check it later. Mostly because for some dumb reason I thought it won't be for me, or that it won't be good, and didn't bother to even watch the trailer. But I was wrong, apparently.
This was a show that I was anxious to watch. Based on the eponymous comics, Wynonna Earp promised a fun weird-western show, with action and a strong female lead. And it delivered much more than that.
